Who is the administrator of your data?

For what purpose and on what basis do we process data?
The basis for processing is your consent given under the Newsletter or contact form (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), the performance of a contract or participation in a tender (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), and the Administrator’s legitimate interest in direct marketing or the assertion of claims (Article 6(1)(f)).

To whom may your data be shared?
In accordance with applicable law, we may share your data with entities that process it on our behalf (so-called data recipients), including technical equipment service providers (e.g., supporting the optimization of the online store), entities that provide us with consulting services, logistics companies (e.g., courier companies), authorities (as required by law). Your personal data may be transferred to third countries.

How long will we keep your data?
We will keep your data until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data or until we cease to carry out marketing activities (whichever comes first) for no longer than 15 years from the moment we obtain your consent. In order to comply with the obligation of accountability, the data will be kept for the period in which the Administrator is obliged to keep the data, no longer than 50 years from the moment of receipt of the personal data.

What rights do you have?
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, to request restriction of processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing we have carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent (office@medandcare.pl). You may also object to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you consider the processing of your personal data to be unlawful, you may file a complaint with a supervisory authority in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place where the alleged violation of the RODO was committed.

Policy on privacy and use of cookies on websites administered by MED&CARE Sp. z o.o.

The Administrator attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of users visiting the medandcare.pl website The data collected in the logs are used only for the purpose of administering the website. We do not seek to identify users of the Authority’s pages. No identifying information, for any purpose, is transferred to any third party.

Data collection
In accordance with the accepted practice of most Web sites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. The resources viewed are identified by URLs. The exact list of information stored in Web server log files is as follows:

  • the public IP address of the computer from which the request came (this may be the user’s computer directly)
  • the time of arrival of the request,
  • the first line of the HTTP request,
  • information about the user’s browser,
  • information about the errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction.

This data is not associated with specific browsers.

Use of data
The collected logs are kept for an indefinite period of time as support material for the administration of the site. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server and the network.

The mechanism of Cookies on websites
The Cookies mechanism is used to obtain information about users of the site or to track their navigation (Google Analytics). Cookies used on the sites store personal data and other information collected from users.

The services may periodically use a session cookie to record the fact of reading the highlighted information.
