On November 21-22, 2024, the 24th Podkarpackie Oncology and Surgical Days Symposium took place in Arłamów, gathering specialists from across Poland. One of the key events was a lecture by Dr. Marcin Tusiński, who discussed the use of Stimulan Rapid Cure in treating lower limbs at risk of amputation. Stimulan, made from recrystallized calcium sulfate, offers an advanced approach to bone and soft tissue infection therapy by allowing local antibiotic application and supporting the healing process. Dr. Tusiński’s presentation highlighted the effectiveness of this technology in clinical cases, generating significant interest among participants. The event served as an opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and experience in oncology and surgery.
