On July 10-11, 2024, at the invitation of Mikai, together with several surgeons, we participated in an extremely valuable training. The goal of the organized course was to equip the participating surgeons with the knowledge required to properly secure Mikai external stabilizers.
The training was conducted by Dr. Carlo Salomone, a specialist in orthopedics, particularly focused on developing techniques for external stabilization. The hospital where the training took place (Santa Maria di Misericordia in Albenga) is proud of its department dedicated to septic pathology, particularly septic bone and joint surgery.
