W dn. 3-4 listopada 2022 r. w Hanowerze odbył się kurs cadaverowy z zastosowaniem implantu do korekcji stopy płasko-koślawej – HyProCure®.
On November 3-4, 2022, a cadaver course was held in Hannover, Germany, with the HyProCure® implant for the correction of flat feet.
The course was organized by Orthovative®. The training was conducted by doctors from ORTHOMAX Orthopädie: Dr. med. Bastian Fregien and Dr. med. Fabian Goede.
During the course, the following were presented: surgical technique, indications for the procedure, advice, and cases of patients who underwent the operation.
Polish orthopedic surgeons, invited by MED&CARE and representatives of the implant’s distributor in Poland, also took part in the training.
HyProCure® is an implant that is placed inside the foot, in the so-called sinus and tarsal canal. The procedure results in immediate stabilization and correction of the rearfoot alignment, which in turn facilitates the recovery of balance in the rest of the body. The procedure is minimally invasive and is usually performed under local, subarachnoid or brief intravenous anesthesia. Return to normal walking usually occurs within a few weeks.
